What should I compare when the same seller offers a product through different channels?
Ask about unclear differences before placing the order. Consider whether your existing account is relevant to either channel.
What information should I check about a seller before purchasing?
Check whether the final order record identifies who is providing the purchase. If the seller identity differs across the purchase process, ask for clarification.
What should I check if checkout reports a payment problem?
