Frequently Asked Questions for Skaarhoj Tally Box + 3 x Tally Lights Bundle heavy duty The unit includes 12G‑SDI input especially in dynamic outdoor
What should I check if I cannot find an order confirmation?
Use the seller's official contact route to clarify the order status. Establish whether an order exists before trying to replace a missing confirmation by ordering again.
How can I confirm that I have selected the correct product option?
Do not assume a product image updates to reflect every available choice. If the cart differs from the product page, resolve the discrepancy before proceeding.
What should I compare between guest checkout and using an account?
Check whether a guest purchase can later be linked to an account before relying on that option. Save the actual order reference regardless of the checkout method.
